The singer Alexandra Burke has spoken out for the first time about her experiences of racism in the British music industry. The X-Factor winner was told she would have to work 10 times harder because she’s black and was asked to bleach her skin, which she refused to do. She has spoken out on Instagram after family and friends encouraged her to share her experiences
