The funeral of the late singer Liam Payne is set to take place this week, nearly a month after the former One Direction star fell to his death. Liam, who was 31, died on October 16 following a tragic incident where he fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In the days ahead, a private ceremony is expected to be held to honour the life of the beloved dad-of-one, after fans around the globe have held numerous vigils in his memory. The X Factor star’s body is scheduled to be repatriated to the UK today, November 4 “at the latest” – The Mirror reports.
